Phoenix UK has unveiled a rebrand of the Co-op Health digital platform it acquired back in April.
The Hey Pharmacist brand launched this month and in the coming months will undergo a series of developments that will provide Numark members in England with an end-to-end online repeat prescription proposition.
The newly branded prescription service will blend online convenience with access to local pharmacy.
Company representatives have said that they will not have online patients or in-store patients, instead they will simply have patients.
Further development will then take place and by Q1 2022, members will be able to offer all Hey Pharmacist patients both a collection and delivery service and have full visibility and management of orders and the patient journey.
Numark has also committed to significant investment in a national marketing campaign on behalf of members to drive patients to the online service and therefore to their local Numark Pharmacy.
